Frontier Health Care Services (FHC) believes that Home Care is a progressive alternative to institutionalization; therefore, our company focuses on providing a full range of quality, cost effective health care services to patients within our service coverage area.
We also believe that Patients and Families should be treated with respect while providing care to promote wellness. FHS provides medical and non-medical home care services.
Our goal is to provide you and your family with the highest quality of service possible. We do this by enabling the elderly to live independently. It's at home where their quality of life is enhanced without the stress of interrupted routines and changes in daily habits, and companionship is as important as health care when it enables seniors to remain independent and in their own homes.
We believe in respecting each person Individuality, Culture, & Uniqueness.
We believe in Listening carefully to the needs of all clients we serve.
We believe in letting the client's family have input on the type of services needed and/or
desired.
We understand that when a loved one can no longer maintain the lifestyle he/she has been used
to, there is a sense of loss of independence, which can be devastating and overwhelming.
We strive to build self-confidence and independence. Empowering individuals, allowing them
to maintain as much control of their lives as possible while still receiving care.
We believe in helping you to remain in your home as long as possible, so that you can keep your
sense of independence, pride, and control of your life. We believe this is VERY important for your
emotional and physical stability.
